​I advise established companies as well as start-ups on business development, sales and bid management and project planning, project management, and the optimization of their corporate structures and processes.

I also enjoy being a speaker or coach in seminars and workshops on topics related to bid management, the specifics of conversion and modernization projects, as well as aspects of business organization and change management.
