As an engineer with a doctorate, I can look back on more than 25 years of experience in international energy plant construction. I worked successfully as a proposal and department manager for the planning of turnkey EPC projects, later as a business unit head for sales, marketing/communication, project planning and cost calculation. As "SVP Sales & Proposals" I also dealt intensively with business development and order intake planning in the European market.

I count several major projects among my personal references. These include thermal power plants for generating electricity and heat (coal, gas and biomass) but also projects in which new technologies such as carbon capture (CCS/CCU) or fuel cells were used. In times of energy change and transition, topics and tasks related to hydrogen, electrolysis and heat pumps have recently come into my focus.
